Buying from Amazon is a rip-off though because the people (not really amazon) selling these are buying them from the main source (Enfamil) in a box of 200+ and then selling them 6, 9, 12, etc at a time at a huge premium in cost.



Also the shipping charge is very high



Better off just buying these directly from Enfamil even if in a larger supply (you can sell you extras on amazon I suppose).

The vent makes a huge mess, milk shoots out with every suck. Nearly chokes the baby, the bottom portion of the nipple is so long, making the nipple extra long, that it goes too far into baby's mouth, gagging him.

This is a great product overall. I was looking all over the place to buy these from stores but could not find it anywhere. My wife and I wanted to use these because the baby had used them while in the hospital and there is no washing or maintenance involved. However they are a bit pricey and the flow is fast relative to other nipples.
