You can buy 240 of them for [..] or 10 for[..]at [..] including shipping and handling. I think this type of stuff brings down the trust on amazon.com no matter whether they sell or third party sells through their website.

Buying from Amazon is a rip-off though because the people (not really amazon) selling these are buying them from the main source (Enfamil) in a box of 200+ and then selling them 6, 9, 12, etc at a time at a huge premium in cost.
Also the shipping charge is very high
Better off just buying these directly from Enfamil even if in a larger supply (you can sell you extras on amazon I suppose).
